Description:
Since 12/11, players are reporting that they cannot load the game and instead getting gateway 503 or 504 errors.
Status: The FarmVille studio is aware of these reports and is investigating the issue.

cannot retrieve home farm
ReplyDeleteI have asked for the "Hot Sparks" in the Winter Warmth" quest at least a half dozen times and it WILL NOT POST so everyone can see it. Is anyone else having this problem?
ReplyDeleteI am having a problem requesting anything in the rewards games. NONE of them will post and I have to watch my friends request it then I send them one and get one in my box. This stinks and I am really getting tired of farmville.
ReplyDeleteIf i play farmville on facebook the farm is so small i can^t do anything. But I play on Farmville.com and everything is fine. Any ideas what the problem is?

im sick of farmville krap. i have all kinds of problems but farmville/zynga has no problem asking for your real money. that works just fine dont it? i have tried everything to...fix it and nothing is working

ReplyDeleteCannot post any requests for either the Winter Welcome or the Holiday gifting quests. Have emailed zynga since Fri.12-09-11. No response from customer service as of this posting. And yes I have cleared the browser cache and even did defrag. Will not use firefox or google chrome cause then I get all kinds of viruses. And can't use farmville.com cause it says "oopphs we've encountered a problem" then never starts up again.So I have to reboot the computer.
ReplyDeleteMy issue would be trying to harvest clover in Frontierville!!! everytime I plant then I get "ole" Jack winking at me and have to refresh the game only to find the clover 'withered" You all planned this I'm sure! Knock it off and get the mission working or don't execute it@! Thats just good business - do you understand?
ReplyDeleteTo the people who are complaining about the numbers of glitches..... keep in mind this is software. It will ALWAYS have glitches. That is the nature of the beast. Esp. since it has to interact w/ a whole lot of other software and the internet itself. Each update or new anything will change the balance of this software. Threatening or swearing at Zynga will not help. They cannot help if their software is not 'perfect.' There is no such thing. At least they have addressed this issue and not ignored it.

ReplyDeleteNow I am already angry, it's been 5 days since my first email and I still have not received a reply from Zynga Customer Support,I finished the first mission of Holiday Gifting Guests but I did not won the Holiday Corgi and now I can not continue with the following tasks and there are only 10 days to finish the quests and for some time an error occurs in my English farms, whenever I want to collect my animals, the game stops and reports me mistake (.... image is sent in the appendix ...) or if I use Farmhand It will not collect .... I have to restart the game ...

ReplyDeleteI strongly suggest to everyone having problems to check with your internet service provider. Each co. has a limit in how many GB's are allowed in your billing cycle or daily allowance. GB's are used with every animal that moves, so make sure you contact them & find out. They slow down your service when you go over which creates problems in games. Zynga often is blamed for problems that have nothing to do with your issues. Gifting problems are caused by slow internet service bc you go over your allowance. Call them, I guarantee you will learn something today!
ReplyDeleteZYNGA PLEASE READ POST JUST ABOVE THIS AND WARN EVERYONE. I FOUND THAT INFO. OUT STRAIGHT FROM THE INTERNET COMPANIES. Satellite, cable, dial up ...they all work the same. Please inform people unless you want to keep getting blamed for issues you have no control of.
ReplyDeleteSOLUTION: I switched to Hughes net bc they have a daily allowance, meaning you start fresh in GB's every 24 hrs. And if you tell them what you do on the internet.... most places will help you find the plan best suited for playing these games, and affordable. I get free GB's with hughes net from 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM so that's when I do all my time consuming things on my farm. Please people, if you are open up front with your company they will help you. I hopes this helps! But by all means, STOP blaming Zynga.
ReplyDeleteKeep getting "locked" out of my farm, crops wither and quests have been trashed!!!! Getting really sick of it. It is Zynga, funny this is the only place I have a problem with. They are adding and changing all the time. Just leave it along.
