Hello Farmers!
We have been receiving many reports about how some farmers are having difficulties completing the FarmVille fairy quests because of the Fairy Zebra's 3 day harvest cycle. We shared your feedback with the FarmVille Studio and reduced the Fairy Zebra's harvest cycle to 2 days and you can reach the first mastery level in 3 harvests. This will help you finish the Fairy Quests before they end. We're seeing that this isn't showing for all accounts yet, but our studio is fixing this issue as of 11:00am PST.
As for being unable to place the Fairy Zebra in a breeding pen, this is a known issue that we are working to resolve.

i am wondering while you are working on sorting the zebra out will you be sorting out the other issues with the farm???????? every time i try to play i either find that the page will not load and if it does load it tells me that farmville has been enhanced so i have to wait for the page to load again thats if it does then i get the page is out of sync so im back to the page not loading again or i get on to the farm and before i do anything im left looking at a page that says this page is temperally unavailale or i have a blank page with "!" on it now come on this has een happening since the trick or treat stuff but even though the bat icon has gone the prolems still persist......are you going to sort this out?
So...the end result is it will take 6 days to reach the first mastery level? Isn't that like, one of the quest requirements? Plus, it's at the end of the string of quests. So, yet AGAIN, this is another stupid quest I will be unable to complete. This is even after I paid farmcash to be able to harvest that zebra for the first part of that quest because I realized it was going to take 3 days!
glad its not only me i get stuff sent for quest but then cant accept them so i miss out on alot of the missions

Well if they changed this it hasn't taken effect for me! I put it out early yesterday morning (about 20 hours ago) and it is not yet to 30%. The heck with changing the time for a zebra standing out; fix it so that it can go in some enclosure! However, that might make it too easy to master! God forbid people shouldn't have to spend cash to get through this quest.
Mine has taken 3 days already and now at 7:10 am I am still at only 57%. So I don't think 3 days is really working. Where does it show you it takes 3 days. This is ridiculous.

I have found that problems with loading, freezing and "out of sync" can be solved by undoing the "tricks" completely. So you go to a thing that is tricked and click on "clear all" that already solves a lot

I'm having a problem with buying thing from my friends. It will quit letting me buy things after about six or seven things. But if I keep trying to buy things it will take my coins but after a few minutes I will have to refresh the game. So could you please check into this PLEASE. Hi,I can't hatch my eggs. What do I do? it reloads it out of sync,etc. I also had 3 rings for my farms and they are no where to be found. I should not have any dead plants in my garden.

I want my fc back then as spent it to "master" the Zebra!! There shouldn't be ANY "master"'s on these Quests! (Black Elephant, llama etc.). We should be able to have as many plots as we want on the Cove! Forcing all of us to "pay" to get a stinking 15 plots? FIX THE POSTING ISSUES!! I know of TWO people who quit yesterday! Wake up zynga!

I am beyond frustrated with FV. Since they have come out with the Lighthouse Cove farm, they make it to where it is almost impossible to complete missions unless you actually spend REAL cash for almost all these missions and with today's economy the way it is??? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! It has become a full time job to take care of my farms along with my husband and children's...they don't have time because they are in school and have extracurricular activities and my husband works long hours...this is beyond crazy...am seriously considering removing farmville from all 4 of our accounts....if they think that we are going to spend hard earned money that is to pay REAL LIFE bills they are "f"ing crazy!!
This stupid game is NOT real life and we will NOT spend money on it...not all of us were born with silver spoons in our mouths and cannot afford to spend money on a GAME!!

End these ridiculous quests you make us plant & harvest stuff we have mastered(get different plants with shorter times) the time mastery on the animals is silly & the posted requests for items usually will not post the first time around so you wait 6hrs or go searching neighbors postings. this game is no longer fun!! nobody visits, does trees or breeds pigs & sheep! ( no time to do those things) When are the pens coming out for the calves & the foals other wise I am dumping then you will bring them out !!!

there's a problem my zebra was in 90% and two hours ago and i check now to see if it was ready and now is 62% it go back, why???? not happy about it

mine went from 98% down to 37%, how is that fair when I have been trying for 3 days now. Zynga wake up to all your unsatisfied players, you are loosing out in the long run.

Ok FV guys I won the trickster game you had for Halloween with the neighbors I had. So what I am asking is when do I recieve my prize? It is well past Nov 7... Another issue is that when I go to my England farm it seems my avatar dont move when I click to harvest things. Whats the deal with that? And the expansion of farms why isnt coin good anymore to purchase these? I would please like answers to these questions been playing for 2 yrs. I like the game alot but so many issues need to be fixed.

My Zebra fairy went from 90 to 60 this isnt fair. I have waited to finish my quest and now you do this. I probably wont get to finish this quest.
My zebra went from 93 percent at five oclock this morning to 76 percent this afternoon! What the heck zynga I am so frustrated with this game I am ready to quit!!!
I contacted Zynga support for this because mine was at 94% at 8:30 this morning and went to 66%. They finished the quest for me and gave me 50 farm cash. Try contacting them and they will help.
Well my friend just got off live chat with some person in FV and that person gave her $100 in FARMCASH to pay for the harvesting of the zebra, BECAUSE the percentages went in reverse. Wonder what would happen if everyone told them that? Would we all get $100 or would you get your heads on straight and do your job correctly. No business puts a new application in place without extensive testing. Is this a concept that you might want to consider??
I agree with Anonymous and not evey try the next quest. twice now I've failed a part of the quest because I still need one item only a neighbor could send. And how can they if the stupid game won't let me post asking them for it. The quest have cost me time and real money only to fail in the end. I like doing the quest and don't mind if I run out of time to complete it. BUT I DO MIND GETTING SO CLOSE(1 item)ONLY TO FAIL BECAUSE OF A GLICH. Please either fix the quest or don't ask for so much. As it is right now its a waste of your time and mine.
I harvested it yesterday. You should harvest it only once, but I didn't get the score in that stupid quest!!!!!!!!!

Yes and when I harvested the Fairy Zebra this morning, the harvest showed and I changed farms to get rest of crops harvested and it went poof, wont show on the quest, is a bug.. so here I sit waiting for an email from you to fix it so I can move on to next quest.. Im stuck on quest 10 and my crops are almost ready for the 3rd time.. I waited the 3 days didn't get the 2 day upgrade on it.. Please help zynga??
I'm working on task 7 - it said 200 Peppers; not what type so I took the shortest time chile peppers. when I harvest = nothing had to replant and loss time. will not be able to finish it now

I bought the stables when Lighthouse Cove was introduced but I can't build it because the harnesses and horseshoes had disappeared after a couple of days....I have asked my neighbours if they had any to share with me but none of them can help me.....what can I do????

Any word on the zebra harvesting situation? It has been three days already and only at 54%. Obviously, this issue has not been resolved yet.
If I write directly to FV, it will take another few days to hear from them. To say the least, it's annoying and taking the fun out of this quest.

Who ever made the quest need to get smarter why have where you have to take 2 or 3 days to harvest a animal and then have to plant a 4 hour crop. If you are going to have to wait that long to harvest the animal then make it where you have to have a crop that takes that long.

Thing is simple: Do things well or don't do it. Fix the other issues and THEN start adding things. In the end, I come to the conclusion that you are there to cheat people, that's all.

No problem harvesting, just took 2 1/2 days to get to that point, now got to do it all again for task 10, my cotton is grown and on 'hold' so I cannot harvest anything on that farm. Please f/v do not give items to harvest that take a long time with crops that take only 4 hours.
FV is greedy they just want our money that's why they are doing this very hard to finish anything that you buy for cash always out of sync my post never show when you need them and it's getting longer to harvest FV you are going to loose lots of players all my friends already quit.
send gifts ok but half the time I can't accept them takes to long to harvest animals and not enough room to plant on cove and the time for quests are to short
people, please stop paying cash for farmville or any other game, use that money to buy an icecream or something to your kids, to go out with a friend for a drink or to buy something for you. Don't give away your money for something that don't exists. have fun without all does quests and uncommon animals, just have fun
You are wasting your time writing to these guys! This is an unofficial Farmville webpage. To get resolution for your wither rings disappearing and other issues that cost you Farm Cash, write to Zynga! Every time I have written to them, they have given me what ever was lost and then some. I bought a cove expansion with coins, but it charged me farm cash. They gave me 40 instead of the 30 I was charged and gave me the expansion free. Writing computer code for games is very tricky, some times you fix one thing only to break something else. It's just a game people, have fun with it.
I believe we all are having the same issues with the Quests.Fix the Issues or don't bring any more Quests out.There is to much stuff going on with FarmVille and we as players don't deserve the Headaches we all get from trying to play the game.I'm missing 18 FVS also so when you guys get the Issues fixed don't forget to add my 18 FVS back.I'm about done with the game if the Issues isn't fixed and then the game left alone.NOT LOOKING FOR NEIGHBORS.
The many quests are getting to be tooooo much!! A once in awhile quest that could be finished would be ok once in awhile, but you have gone overboard! Slow em down!! Also, those of us who have stayed with the game and gone way beyond expectations, why are you not giving us the FV Dollars?? We should receive 2 of them for each level for playing and sticking with you!! There is no incentive here. Why not also test the new things out before applying them, and get what you do have working properly before introducing something new?? I do not enjoy the game as I used to, and if you would read the news feeds, you would realize that I am not alone!!
I have a ? for the people that run farmville. i used to have 4 farmville dollars and all of a sudden i have none i didn't buy anything or use them to unwither anything for farm dollars. my wife had the same thing happen to her a few days before mine disappeared. so the ? is where did the farmville dollars go?

I love to play farmville but am not able to spend $ on buying things that aren't real. I'm ready to quit all together because of it. Also, the prizes on the hoe down are not worth my effort! I'm not liking it anymore.

the zebra fairy is still taking forever this quest will be over before you can even get to level one the game is getting to be too much work nothing is working right and you keep adding more which makes it even worse than before

what's the use of the nursery when you can no longer grow foals into maturity just like before. now, to do so you have to spend a lot of FV cash which i don't have. too costly, i think. oh well, the foals might as well stay as they are.... teeny weeny horses.
I have belted calf and red heart calf. they will not go in the nursery. How do i get them grow up.
I harvested zebra and it didn't record where they check off harvests-now what do I do ? FV will say i have no proof
Thank you to the person who made a post about Capital One Grow Potions.. I remembered I still had 1, which makes me able to still complete the quests, as I could now immediately harvest my zebra after placing it, so if I need to harvest 2 more times, and it takes 2 days per zebra, I can finish within 4 days.. and there are 6 left to finish :)
Excuse me but that still means it will take 6 days to harvest the zebra and we only HAVE 6 days left for the whole quest - so now I can kiss goodbye to getting either of the last 2 prizes :( What a total crock you have made of this game.
it still doesn't matter, i paid twice to harvest my zebra and still had to wait 3 days to harvest it all the way to 1. and now you it is telling me I only have 5days to finish the rest of the quest because their are 3 more quest to do that you can only do on the cove. You better hope you can plant 200 crops to finish them. otherwise you will have to pay to harvest the first set and then plant again to harvest the second set.
harvesting the zebra and possum takes forever! all the other work is done now have to sit and wait at least 3 days!! speed harvest time to one day!! tired of waiting to continue game.
Why cant the harvesting time for the Zebra and the possum or any other animal that you have to harvest for a quest be one day like all the other animals... Why dose it have to be so long it isn't any fun when you do that. And the whole point of the GAME is to have fun.....
waiting for zebra fairy it has been 2 days and still only at 48% when will it be ready?
I'm having the same problem everyone else is, reloading page, game out of sync etc. Also i can't even get some of my requests to post, for instance, i need the petals and for 3 days now it has not been posted, so how do they expect me to get my quest done when i can't let my neighbors know of my needing certain items. the only way i've gotten 4 petal is by clicking on someone else's post then i get one in return, but now i can't even find anyone posting for it, or maybe their posts isn't showing up. I think FV wants us to spend FV cash to purchaseit, that's all I need to finish this one quest and have only 2 and a half days to go. I shouldn't have try to keep re-posting it, when it's not even posting. And I have tried all 3 browsers and get the same results, so it's got to be on FV side. Thanks for listening, I just hope FV listens to all the complaints............
leider gibt es auch nicht die Möglichkeit dieses Zebra in einen Pet zu stellen so wie es vorgeschlagen wurde , also muss man immer wieder diese 3 Tage warten um es zuernten
i got news for you farmville people you still dont have the zerba fix, i have had mine on here four days now and it still hant ready. and the possum is the same, are there anyway to shorten the time. i know a lot of people said they was going to stop playing if something hant done fast. and it is just becoming a head ack. Yep, I clearly won't be able to finish, even if they reduce it to 6 days. I just got it, with only 3 days before the missions expire...

Should come up with smethin else besides mastering new aimals it takes days and days to aster new animals... I have lost quest becase I couldnt get done on time.. people have a job and family and cant set on game constantly hoping to get 6 or 12 of this item and plant 110 or 250 or more of somthing for 3 quest at time
Okay, Why not stop the quests that require harvesting animals that take days ??? And how about new and shorter grwo time crops ?? Alot of people have mastered all these crops that are in the quests. Signed: SICK OF ALL THE BS
Dear Zynga- This zebra is taking forever to grow. I cant apply instant grow to it. Its not being recognized. I will not be able to finish the last 2 quests because somebody in their infinite wisdom, made harvesting the Fairy Zebra a requirement on TWO CONSECUTIVE quests totally slowing down all progress. At this point, given that there are only 2 days left and I am still STUCK on Quest 9. The game is supposed to be fun and the quests should be achieveable. Somebody did not think the Fairy Hollow quest thru. Is there any way that given the time frame left, you lower the harvest time of the zebra AGAIN to 1 day. That darn spikey tree is also taking quite a while. It annoys me that I tried to pre-plan and my crops will either die or need to be planted again. Given my work schedule, It's doubtful that I will be able to replant and harvest within the time frame. If you can't lower the harvest time, then please extend the quest time. THANKS>
