i cant ask or help on nothing, cant gift more than 1 at a time, and thats if i happen to get something posted. no growing ducks no nothin, and yea, fairy took 3 or 4 days to grow...
My Farm will not let me ask for help on my Quests and will not let me send gifts. Really upsetting me! Can't even find my Fairy. Quit even trying to grow my Ducks!
Go onto live chat and tell them you cannot ask for help to complete quests (I could not ask for butterflies) They fixed my problem, right away. I was florred as the live chat is so much better than the email support!

Cafe World uses quests. There are usually a dozen or more to choose from in a scrollable column on the left of the screen. Lately, they've been doing time quests for special rewards. They ran one called "Grandma's Lost Recipes". During game play (if you finished all the quests) you got 8 new recipes (analagous to new crops) that were not generally available UNLESS you finished the quest, plus three special stoves. Quite a lot of loot for a quest. The timing is set up so it's virtually impossible to finish one without spending money on spices (which speed cooking) and having enormous numbers of friends (to give you the stuff you have to ask for).
The game can be played without the big quests but the smaller, untimed ones are mostly essential. You have to quest to get pizza oven, bread oven, slow cooker, deep fryer(s), toaster oven and so on. Then you have to quest to unlock the recipes to cook with these items.
It's really great fun unless you're trying to do a time one and haven't the cash to spend on the needed resources.
grrrr ask for help (butterflies) not working as usual but it has worked on previous quests and i hope the english quests don't finish just yet as i have only just started

its about time the problems were fixed cant complete quests etc so its getting annoying now
